Our track and cross country program welcomes youth aged 7-17 looking for a fun, social and challenging training environment to get fit and prepare for school and club meets.
This program is also focused on providing the competitive pathway for runners with an interest in pursuing cross country and track events (800m-10000m) at the highest level. We have a proven track record of delivering results for high performing athletes winning multiple OFSAA medals and numerous DSBN and Regional championships along the way.
Choose from 1-2 sessions weekly for the fall. Once weekly option has the flexibility of attending either Monday or Thursday each week. All fall training sessions are 1hr in length. Please see the program schedule below for training locations.

Ever since joining Edge my running performance has seen massive improvements.
